The Facility has an in-house aperitif bar and free Wifi in all rooms. Daily housekeeping, with linen provided on request. The structure is 24h/24 accessible and the accommodations are arranged for disabled access; animals are allowed.
All rooms are furnished in poor art, in typical Tuscan style, and equipped with private bathroom, minibar, air conditioning and heating, and outdoor furniture. Particularly in the apartments there is a kitchen equipped with oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, freezer, cooking utensils.
Outdoors, the private swimming pool is accessible from May 1 to October 15 for the exclusive use of guests overlooking San Gimignano (May 1-October 15). In the garden you can admire different types of plants, including cypresses, hedges and olive trees, and there are children’s games, swings and slides, soccer field. Indoor parking is free.
Freshly prepared breakfast is served to guests in the room’s private terrace at the designated wake-up time to enjoy the view of the countryside in comfort. At Check-In you can indicate all your needs for the menu: intolerances, allergies, vegan and vegetarian, etc.

Check-In is possible from 14:00 to 20:00, but just give notice if you need to arrive outside the indicated time; Check-Out by 10:30. Reception is open from 08:00 to 20:30 but guests can manage the keys to the rooms and apartments independently, with free access to the facility 24h/24h.
